Office of DENR Regions III, IV-A and NCR, the Policy and Planning Service (PPS) of the DENR Central Office, the Environmental Management Bureau (EMB) and its regional office in Regions III, IV-A and NCR, the Biodiversity Management Bureau (BMB) and the Office of the Undersecretary for Manila Bay Concerns and Related Water Concerns.
Atty. Maria Paz G. Luna, Undersecretary for Manila Bay and other Related Water Concerns discussed the proposed economic driver program of her office, the Manila Bay Rehabilitation Enterprise (MBRACE) to supplement the 5-year OPMBCS and fast-track desired results. She stressed that “every peso should translate to a change in behavior” to further strengthen the efforts on Information, Educations and Communication (IEC) campaign Meanwhile, PPS Director Lourdes G. Ferrer discussed the 2018 budget updates and other related central office instructions. Mr. Wilson E. Henson, also from PPS presented the 2018 Planning Guidelines to guide the Manila Bay concerned offices in the preparation of their respective 2018 Work and Financial Plan (WFP) and 2019-2022 Forward Estimates, which were critiqued on the third day.
